We understand that marketplaces can be scary especially for first time buyers. That is why Swap N Sell offers a facilitation service to all of our customers to ensure that all the items that are sold are as advertised.
What is our facilitation service?
If you avail of our facilitation service every time you purchase an item, the merchant will be required to first ship the item to Swap N Sell where our team will inspect the item to ensure that it matches the description and photos within the original listing. Please note that all exchanges that occur on our platform must be done using our facilitation service as this ensures that both parties will receive their items and that they are as advertised. We also hold onto the funds of each transaction until valid tracking has been provided or until the seller proves that they can be trusted.
We also place a hold on payments as part of this service until your item has been reviewed by our facilitation team. If an item fails our review then Swap N Sell will issue a full refund.
How our facilitation service works?
Our facilitation service works in two ways.
The first is through subscriptions where you can pay a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee where you can use the service an unlimited amount of times.
The second way is everytime you make a purchase you will have the option to select if you wish to avail of our facilitation service. This will be an additional €7 on top of your purchase but will ensure that your item is as advertised.
